Cannot scroll with lightbox in Safari

I'm having issues with scrolling while the mouse is over a lightbox. The issue is only in Safari and not Firefox or Chrome. If you move the mouse down below the lightbox, then you can scroll. This previously worked fine and must have stopped working with one of the updates, because I didn't change anything.

Ok, so this came as a known bug because of latest Chrome update. It works well in Firefox and Safari browsers.

We have logged a bug and hopefully will be resolved  soon.

Which lightbox are you talking about? Or is it a quiz game?

Ii is the fullscreen slideshow at the beginning of the landing page and no lightbox.

I had this issue once, when using 3rd party widgets which are responsible for scroll speed or for disabling enabling maps scaling.

So I would suggest to leave the 3rd party widgets away (make them invisible in layers palette) and try if it works properly.

Best regards,

Uwe

The first pictures you see of downtown Austin and town lake that automatically scrolls through 4 pictures on the top of the main page. It's a Muse created lightbox with timer to scroll through pictures. I thought the same thing and disabled a 3rd party widget, but still didn't work. Problem is only in Safari.

This is no lightbox or did I miss something? Isn`t it a slide show? I couldn`t see any trigger? A lightbox uses a trigger and a target, normally?

Best Regards,

Uwe

Same here, even I was unable to find any light box.

Are you referring to any widget/ can you make a screen shot of the specific pain area from your site so it can be easy for us to locate it?

Ankush

Hi there,

I am facing the same problem, i just updated to the latest version of Muse (2018.0) and when i build i composition lightbox with content inside it doesn't scroll on mobile view. I have had this problem before and i have read many threads about this, and as i understood it was supposed to be a fixed issue.

Am i making something wrong? Very thankful for any help to solve this.

The lightbox is here:
