Cannot upload to FTP host

When I try to upload my website to FTP hose, I receive this message:  "Server not responding in time, FTP may not be supported on this server. Connection timed out after ndefinted milliseconds."  Before I enter all the correct info in the prompt box, it crashes.

Are you sure you have the correct server log-in credentials?  Did you confirm them with your hosting provider? 

1. On Win10, try disconnecting from the Internet before you open Muse.

2. Enter your FTP log-in details and then connect your computer to the Internet.

Does that help?

For what it's worth, Muse should not be used anymore.  It's EOL, unsupported and no longer receiving any updates. 

If you can no longer upload files with Muse, switch to a dedicated S/FTP client like FREE FileZilla.
