Cant Export Muse Files Anymore to Server

All of a sudden i keep getting the error CANT VERIFY MD5 FINGERPRINT, or SSH KEYS ERROR when uploading files via SFTP. My host says this is a known issue with Muse, to which i did see an older post on this issue. I NEED HELP, i cant update my site at all! Can anyone help?

Use File > Export to HTML to your local hard drive.  Then use a dedicated FTP client like Filezilla  (it's free) to SFTP files to your server.  https://filezilla-project.org/Filezilla works on Windows or Mac and sends out regular updates to keep pace with changing server technologies.  Sadly, Muse is no longer updated because it has reached its End of Life.  Muse EOL Product Announcement
