Hello, I'm trying to figure out if Adobe Muse CC 2015 and 2017 have any HTML text-like editor.

Is it possible code editing within the application?

I'm testing Adobe Muse CC 2015.2 and I couldn’t find any code editor, except the small window called "Insert HTML" in the Object menu.

Thanks.

Muse is a freeform visual web design tool.. It is not at all build to code by yourself. If you want to code by yourself you dreamweaver, to name one from ADOBE  or use another tool.

Additional Muse is under EOL, so if you start now with web design or a new website, I recommend to use another app than MUSE.

That said, some use Muse, change some codings with a code editor BUT you loose advantages from Muse completely.

No upload changes within muse, no InBrowserEditing (IBE).

Kind Regards,

Uwe

That's all there is.  Muse is a code generator; not a code editor.  And there's a world of difference between the two.

If you want to work directly with code, don't use Muse.   Use other tools instead.
