Contact Form not sending email need help asap!

Hello,

I already made 10 websites with adobe muse for different clients. Yesterdag 3 of my clients called me up and said
clients have contacted them through the contact form on the website but no one received an email.

My question is : is this an adobe muse problem or a hosting problem and how do i resolve it?

these are the 3 website's im talking about:

www.cfinance.be
www.bakkerij-anke.be

it's possible more clients have this problem ... but they dont know it yet. please help me
