Contact Forms are not working properly with our company mail adresses

Hey guys,

currently i am working on a new problem on our website www.vsf-experts.de and www.vsf-experts.com .

If we use our contact forms, the mails to our company adresses are not arriving, for example my mail adress dennis.weinberger@vsf-experts.de.

If i use my private mail adress with @jm-photography.de it's working fine.

Does anybody has the same problem?

I already tried to change something in the script files but nothing worked.

Could it be that microsoft is blocking the mails completely?

Hey Dennnis,

It's certain that the emails getting blocked on your company address.

Either there might be some security restrictions implemented on it or there could be an issue at your host end.

I suggest the first check with your IT department, and if nothing found then reach out to your host and ask them to have a look.
