Continuous error uploading to FTP host

When updating some file on my website this error keeps coming up. I didn't have this error with these files before but all of a sudden my whole website is experiencing this same error. Any help appreciated. Thanks.

Hey there,

What happens after you click on resume?

Have you tried using "upload all files" option?

The file in screenshot is a .swf file, and maybe not compatible.

Try removing it and then upload the site, if it goes well then you might have to check the .swf file.
