Could not sign you in [response reading failed]. Check your user name and password.

All of the sudden I get this error with all sites when trying to upload the files via FTP. "Could not sign you in [response reading failed]. Check your user name and password."

I have about 50 different sites on different hosting providers so it does not have anything to do with the hosting provider.

Please help.

Do you PUBLISH VIA FTP or export html and UPLOAD VIA FTP? I assume the first? If so -

Are you able to login to your sites with Filezilla or similar like cyberduck?

Yes, I am able to login with CyberDuck. Yes, I am trying with publish via ftp with muse.
