Desktop version taken over by iPhone when breakpoint is too small

HI! I've been trying to to figure out how to do it for the past hour , any idea?

It is mainly because my navigation bar in desktop becomes unreadable when breakpoint is set for narrow width.

Would really appreciate any help thanks !
