I am trying to download Muse. I know it's EOL. We have a website live I need to access. I am trying to change the preference on my CC Desktop app to show older Apps but it's not moving and chat was NO HELP.
Any options or have I lost my live website?

Who pays for your Creative Cloud Plan?
Teams/Enterprise plan holders: contact your IT dept admin and request a new Muse package.
Individuals: Open CC Desktop App. Click on Avatar (top, right image) > Preferences > Apps > Settings.

Thanks. Yeah. That is the issue. The toggle to show older apps is frozen and will not change to enable.
I pay for an all apps subscription, the only issue I'm having is that I can't toggle on to see MUSE to download. IT is unable to activate it.

For Teams & Enterprise plans, your IT dept has to send you a new Muse package. Nobody here can help you with that.

The issue was the CC desktop with a frozen toggle to add old apps. That wasn't a setting my IT had any power over.
Adobe tech support should've been able to help. They sent me here, though I still don't understand why.

Because Muse is EOL, customer support agents are not allowed to help you with EOL software.

NOTE: Muse is only available to PAID ALL APPS plan members. Single apps and Photography plan members don't have access to Muse.
