Embed a video in Muse

Hi!

I would like to embed a video clip, .mov, in mt muse site.

I would like to place a play-button on one of my images and get the video to play when the play-button is oushed.

Is this possible?

the main question is:

is the file hosted on a 3rd party system - youtube | vimeo? = recomended

is the file self hosted i.e, uploaded direct from your website? = use one of the 3rd party widgets
