Enlarge photo on rollover?

I'm new to Muse and I understand it has its limits, but I was wondering if I could do something like this without having to dig into code.

I've got a string of images at the bottom of my homepage and I'd like them to enlarge a bit when you hover over them. I don't want them to zoom, I'd like the frame to enlarge so that you can better see the photo. I also don't want it to take up the whole screen-- I just want it to be about 1.5 times it's original size on rollover.

It depends really what you want to achieve. If you want to spend some money there are even more widgets.
