Hi Treffenberg,

usually this is a problem of site or server, not of client and the main causes of the 500 are due to a server overload, a configuration error (even just a syntax error in the .htaccess file), to various code problems on the CMS , to others of permissions on files and / or folders or even to missing files / folders.

In this case I believe something altered the structure of your directories or the .htaccess file. My advice is, insteadi of spending hours trying to investigate the problem is to delete all the files from your html web server directory  (or the folder where the site files are, after a proper backup) and then re-upload them via the ftp client from the inside of Adobe Muse.

Hope this will fix.

Hi italosan,

Thank you for your answer.

I will try to solve it that way.

Regards,

Carl

The alert doesn’t seem to be caused by an image, but rather by a missing (not available) font („HEM“).

Just have a look at these threads:

https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2524409

https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2159586

If this doesn’t help, use the search command with „web font error 500"

Adobe Fonts (formerly called Typekit) have retired some fonts from their servers.  If you're using one them, you will get that 500 error.  The solution is to remove retired web fonts from your project and try again.   Google web fonts and Adobe Edge fonts might have comparable replacements you could use instead.
