Dear sirs,

We have an error with the form at our web page: Contacto Malamalama. When you try to send a form, this message appears: Form PHP script is missing from web server, or PHP is not configured correctly on your web hosting provider. Check if the form PHP script has been uploaded correctly, then contact your hosting provider about PHP configuration.

I've contacted with my hosting provider and they say it's not a problem in the hosting...

What can I do?

Thanks,

Edu lalanda

Does your hosting plan support PHP and more specifically the PHP mail () function?

If not, ask your hosting provider if they have form-to-email scripts you can use or which ones they recommend.

Hey Edu,

From you, descriptions which state "Form PHP script is missing from web server, or PHP is not configured correctly on your web hosting provider" comes only if there is something wrong at the server end.

Muse forms should work on any server which supports PHP.

Please reach out to your host for discussing your query.

Also it's worth asking the host server for the exact types of PHP they support?

I have found a similar discussion on an another forum - https://www.reddit.com/r/aws/comments.

Hope this helps.

Thanks!

No. The website is new and the form never worked. It doesn't even work in local...
