Error sending Form

My contact form of web site www.gisair.it doesn't work.

After filling all fields in the the form and pressed send button it seems working good but we never receive the email message.

There are other setting to do as smtp or other parameter to configure ?

Search about this in thisn forum, you will see, that there have been issues in the past few months or so. Be aware that Muse is under EOL and some server side settings may fail since then. So I highly recommend to either talk to your host or/and change web app as soon as possible.

Did you try sending form data to another e-mail address at your domain? 

Failing that, try a 3rd party form service like MailChimp (mail lists), JotForm or Wufoo.com where form data is collected and processed by their servers, not yours.

Uwe is correct.  Muse is dead.  Nobody should be using it anymore.  Find another solution that is in active development.
