Error uploading to ftp

I'm working on a site and i never had any issue uploading it through the build in upload to ftp function.

The error is in dutch but translated it roughly reads:

Map "www" seems  to not direct to site "my site.nl"

It always worked fine even with this file but suddenly it doesn't do anything. I already wiped the filezilla and everything but the error remains. Anyone has any idea?

Is it possible that your provider changed the server address?

At 1&1 in Germany some day the changed server address from www.yourdomain.de to something completely different like

home1234xxxxx.1and1-data.host.  (the "x" are numbers and 1234 is not the real beginning of any server address)

Please moderator – this is not at all the original address. Please leave it as example .

Still the ftp data you fill in with muse is: www.yourdomain.nl and still the username and PW are the same, normally.

All ideas I have for now, check your providers credentials.
