Yep, this happens if used a font which is not listed anymore in former Typekit (now Adobe fonts or so) or Edge Web Fonts. In most cases though, means if you used fonts as it should be (webfonts - no systemfonts) this can be "repaired" by quit the Creative Cloud (CC) and reopen or reinstall CC. Either quit or reinstall/repair does the job.
If you didn't use a webfont, this should be changed of course but Error 500 normally is done by the procedure above.
Are you aware ,btw, that one can add images here by simply using this one? Then noone has to download anything:
Thank's for your answer, but it didn't help. Is there a way to see wich font gives the problem?
No, you can just see the page on which the error appears. I recommend to check each text layer in the layers palette if there's one which is either set to something strange like unsupported bold or thin or whatever and look also on the corresponding master if you can find it.
Let us know, if there's still something to do.
Thank you again.
I have now chance a font, Brandon Grotesque, on the hole page, and now its running.
Sounds great to me. May I ask, which font you tried/used before?
Thanks in advance and Kind Regards,
It was Brandon Grotesque that gave the problem.
I'm a little confused, becouse I have use the font for years..
So what did you change, that it finally worked with this font? Anything or just happened by accident?
I changed all instances of the font Brandon Grotesque
