Hi,
I built a mobile menu using the featured news widget like Typo Michael diescribed here: Accordion menu collapse on click?
Now I discovered that it does not close at all when using chrome on a mobile device. Here is a test-link: Homepage
Other browsers work fine! Any ideas what may be causing this problem?
Greetings
Hank

This issue is related to a similar problem with accordions and due to a modified behaviour of the new Chrome mobile browser. Nevertheless Muse fixed this issue in the newest release of Muse. Do you use this version?

Looks like an issue with widget settings.
I see that you might have chosen "hide target on rollover" in the widget settings.
And as a result, your widget closes once I rollover from the hamburger.
Please try selecting none in that field and see if it works.

Hi ankushr40215001,
You are right: "hide target" is set to "hide target on rollover". But this was my intention! Like described here Accordion menu collapse on click? by Typo Michael, with this setting you get a mobile menu which closes automatically after clicking a link or anywhere else on the screen. In addition I can make it fullscreen and I have a fading effect. With the accordeon or with the menu widget I can get some of these things to happen, but not all at the same time. The fullscreen effect is not possible at all with the accordeon or the menu widget (when I get it right). The solution with the featured news widget works pretty good in firefox mobile browsers and in android mobile browsers. But it does not work on chrome mobile! It is not supposed to work on any non-mobile device because it closes right after leaving the trigger like you mentioned.

Also have the same problem, now none of my mobile menus in Mobile Chrome work, very annoyed customers!!!!
Setting the 'Hide Target' to None defeats the object of an auto closing menu.
Please help!!!
Thanks

imo if you want the chrome phone users then a redesign will be needed... you could just offer them a link to an alt page set up for that browser?
up to you mate
