File Upload Hangs at 82%

I have a site file that I use a lot. I create a page, add a video for the client review, and upload. Never had a problem until now. I go to upload to FTP and it starts uploading EVERYTHING... not just changed items, even though it's not checked. About 82% it hangs on a .js file upload.

The Adobe tech really wasn't much help. Any thoughts are appreciated.

I can upload other sites just fine. Seems to be a problem with this one.

Yes. I think so. I have a lot of pages. don't really want to export as HTML. I wish I could just do the one page, but apparently not. It's hanging on the .js file. Tech support was really no help at all.

Exporting as html was not meant to be the final solution but maybe detects the issue.

Do you use any 3rdparty widgets? Ask them as well.

Could you provide a link to watch the already existing site?
