Floating Footer

I am trying to create a floating footer that disappears at a certain point of copy on the page like the following site Insulin Glargine | Toujeo® (insulin glargine injection) 300 Units/mL HCP Site

I need the important safety information floating footer to disappear when you scroll to Important safety information text located at the bottom of the page.

Stay with fixed width breakpoints (like the example site) and use scroll motion effects for your footer.

This effect is doable by using animation widgets too. Just look at this thread: https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2637989

Both widgets, which I linked there, provide this effect.
