im trying to have my navigation in my master page act on fluid breakpoints. it works great.

but.. i need my first few breakpoint on my pages to be fixed (1440,1200,960) so im not resizing my images responsively all the time.

when i do this, my navigation behaves as if its on a fixed breakpoint.

can i have a fluid master BPs and a fixed page BPs?

This is not a restriction of Muse, it’s just not possible to achieve both fixed and fluid at the same time. The breakpoints on a page override the masters. It can cause display issues of some elements if you mismatch like that.

There are a couple of ways around it. You can set the navigation to 100% width or the better solution would be to keep the fluid breakpoints and use fixed width on all your elements at the wider end of your pages.
