Footer Nightmares - extra space

I'm having a great deal of trouble with the footers on my site. In many cases, whether it's a different page or a different breakpoint, I'm getting extra white space beneath my footer. I know some of these issues are being caused by an instance of the native Muse fullscreen slideshow. On some pages, adding content pushes the footer down as expected. On other pages, content goes "beneath" the footer, and when I preview the page, there's a great deal of whitespace beneath the footer. Creating different breakpoints on the master page has helped some, but I still for the life of me cannot get consistent footer behavior across pages and breakpoints.

"Sticky Footer" option is turned off on all master and other pages. All footer items are marked as such.

You can view the site at jonathanjmiller.businesscatalyst.com. Notice the discrepancies between the home and work pages. Anyone willing to help, I will send a dropbox link to a simplified .muse file.

Thank you! I used some third party widgets and it wasn't always easy, but almost there.

  • Share a small (and „small“ means „small“) site with us, demonstrating the blank space (Dropbox, CC Files, …) and we will have a look. Please share it here in the forum. If the site is top secret, delete the images within its frames replace text with dummy text. If you are using a public forum, the assistance shouldn’t be private. All members should be able to learn from our problems.
  • And share a small (and „small“ means „small“) site with us demonstrating the full screen slide sow issue. Never heard of this …
  • Your „issue“, that on some pages the footer isn’t pushed down, when moving an element downwards, is no issue, it is intended and necessary: On master pages the footer won’t be pushed down in this case, because this is the place, where you define your page height.

HI Jonathan,

Took a look at your site. I really couldn't see any problems.

By the way, I really like the design - I know how hard it is to build something like that in Muse - awesome work!
