Now there is a problem with the submitting of the form. After clicking send, it's not working through.

Hi Pascal,

This looks like an issue at your host end.

It's not even showing any result for this test - http://www.fivepluscn.com/form_check.php which we do to check the pho status of any contact form.

I suggest you get in touch with your hosting service provider and report this issue.

Also update us accordingly.
