Form widget: email received in wrong language(s)

We have developed a single-page site in multiple language versions.

Each page has a Muse form widget with form fields renamed in the local language.

The field names in the emails that we receive when users click 'Submit' are partly in French and partly in the local language.

We note that the 'default' field names in the Muse form (name, country, phone number...) are received in French, but the custom field names are in the local language (Russian, Polish, English...)

The True/False results for the radio buttons are received in French (Vrai/Faux)

All the pages are currently stored on Adobe Business Catalyst for testing.

We are located in France; our Adobe account is in France; our version of Muse CC 2017 is in English.

What we would like is to have

- all the 'default' field names in English

- radio button results in English/local language

- custom fields in English/local language

Any help in solving this will be appreciated!

We won't have the admin access though, it is safe with your credentials.

However, I would like to confirm that you just want your forms should not default to French, right?

For radio button and custom fields, you want them either in English or Local language?

The form field titles displayed in the email should be either:

- in the language used in the form on the website

- if not, then in English

The results of the check-boxes displayed in the email should be in English (True/False) and not in French (Vrai/Faux).

I have attached versions of the form in Russian and in English

To do this, you must enable English for the site. I bet you have French on .

Thanks for the suggestion... the site is set up with the language defined as "English: UK"
