In my opinion, Without Code, the same people behind Muse Themes. Developed due to the demise of Muse, which they based their entire business model on. Very powerful online web builder that's easy to master, with competitively priced web and now email hosting attached, and all backed by excellent customer service. Been a customer for years and intend on sticking with them.
Cheers, Andrew

Nothing is exactly like Muse. If you're only interested in the short term, use an online service. If you're in this for the long term, learn to work with code. For me working with code is more rewarding than being a slave to a particular app or service that may go out of business in a few years. At least when working with code, you can port your projects into any code editor and never miss a step.
