FTP Connection with GO Daddy NOT WORKING

Hello,

Getting this error everytime I attempt to connect via FTP with muse: "Server not responding in time. FTP may not be supported on this server."

I've published two separate websites previously with Muse using this method and it doesn't seem to be functioning with as much ease. Both the previous websites were made through the cPanel web-hosting service that Go Daddy provides and we didn't come up against ANY troubles.

This time round is being !IMPOSSIBLE! and I'm not 100% confident with all of the terms when it comes to websites and the like.
But we've changed the undername, the passwords, the domain name, everything! Some help would be greatly appreciated as we need this website up and running by friday midday GMT

Please try clicking "ignore" so it will create the required folder on its own.
