Gap between my scrollbar and my site when publish

Hello every one, I have a little question, i have a problem when I publish my site for the first time it looks ok but when I go to other section of my site and then return to my home page, all my elements including the background moves to the left like 40 pixels. It fixes when I refresh the page again but it repeats when I go to other sections.
