The answer is simple, unfortunately. As Muse is not a common CMS or even an easy CMS there´s no opportunity for a free search function.

If you cannot afford € 5,00 or maybe more powerful € 15,00 for this: https://musewidgets.com/products/real-search you maybe do not need a search function.

This is not a subscription but only a one time fee, so what.
