How can I remove the blank space at the bottom, I cannot find a way to fix it

Your site is a mess.  You have too many fixed heights and overlapping elements.  In its present state, this site is not usable by all people on all devices.  This is just one example. There are many others on the same page.

Beside the screenshots I cannot download the file or see a loink to your site, so - basically you can can remove blank space from the bottom by setting the height of the page in its (in all) breakpoints correct - means mostly very little because content in muse encreases the height automatically to your needs.

If you need any further help, please share a .muse by CC or dropbox or wetransfer or similar filesharing.

Otherwise it is only guessing what you miss.

The mess on your site/page is worth one more go but only if I see some more specific as mentioned above.

But for some reason the space at the bottom has just dissapears, it seems that issue has been fixed

Seems so for the bigger breakpoints. I assume you did not setup any breakpoints so far? For any breakpoint you may organize your design to your needs. I recommend to use fixed width breakpoints instead of fluid width breakpoints. For smaller breakpoints you again get some white space. You may reduce the minimum height here as well. Content stretches the canvas quite automatically.
