I know the title sounds a bit ambiguous, here's the explanation of my problem:
Say, for example, I want to add a full screen vignette effect to my website, that applies to absolutely everything, I would make a new layer on top of everything else, add a fullscreen object to it, pinned to the top, filled with a transparent vignette graphic created in Photoshop. Looks good, works as intended VISUALLY - problem is, now I can't click on anything on my site because all other objects lie beneath the vignette object and I can't click - or even hover - THROUGH the vignette.
What I would like to do is use css style pointer-events and set it to 'none' for the vignette graphic, however I can't find a way to do that in Muse. Is there anything I am missing? Like, is there an option to view the piece of code for any given object in my design within Muse and edit its code?
Thanks in advance,
Martin
Determine the block ID containing a vignette using your browser's code inspector. Go to the Properties page / Meta data and in the "html for head", insert the following code:
<style>
#u000 {
pointer-events: none;
-o-pointer-events: none;
-webkit-pointer-events: none;
}
</style>
Replace u000 with the ID of your block with a vignette.

You can't do it in muse directly. You have to edit the CSS after publishing the code and add the rule to the relevant IDs and classes.
