How do you create Rich Previews (images & thumbnails in iMessage / FB) for sites built in Muse?

I can't find an obvious way of creating (what I believe are called) Rich Previews in Muse? In other words, when a web address / link is shared in iMessage or Facebook, how do you specify an image or video to be displayed above the site address?

Any advice that can be offered would be very much appreciated.

When you say manage it yourself, could you explain what you mean please? I have a subscription to Muse-Themes so I'll check that out too.

If you don’t want to use the widget, you have to do this  manually using the appropriate Google tools. You may check this by watching the video.
