I filled a rectangle with an image and set it to "stretch to browser width" in a fixed breakpoint. How do i get the image within the rectangle to not be responsive? Thanks for the help!

The only way is to set the size to Original Size in the fill panel. Be aware that you would need to make the image width large enough to span the widest screen size, otherwise you will see gaps at the edge.
