How do you reposition the "0" on the rulers at top of page?

How do you reposition the "0" on the rulers at top of page? I want to place the "0" at the center of my page at top. This procedure does not appear to work the same way as it does in other Adobe products. Google was no help on this one.

This isn't possible. If you need to know the middle of your page, just place a guide line.
