How to add anchors when adding additional menu headings?

I am using the graze template and I want to add additional menu headings. When I add them I want to create an anchor but how can the anchor match the new heading? Example home about are default. If I want to add breakfast anchor how do I make it when you select the heading the anchor goes to breakfast items.

You place the anchor tab a place in height, keeping in mind, that the browser lets the anchor stay at the top left of the browser window.

So depending on the place where the LINK of the new menu item should move the page up, you place the anchor.

The gap between the anchor and the border to PROJEKTE indicates the menu bar/header bars height.

Take care of the x-value, it should be at "0".
