How to add multiple components?

Hello guys

Using widgets developed by other people, I've seen that in some ways it is possible to split a widget into multiple components. For example I've seen a gallery widget, where as soon as you drag the widget into muse, you get a component in which you can add/handle all your images and an other component where you customize the style/behaviour of the gallery. That means that you drag one widget into Muse but get two or more individual blocks with their own individual settings.

How is this done? I couldn't find any hints in the Mucow-Doc...

Hi Tony,

If I'm understating you correctly, you just need to do the following:

  • Create a folder for the widget in the Library
  • Add your widget components to the page
  • Shift click each of them to select them all
  • Right-click and select Add to Library > [name of your folder]

When you drag it back to the page, it will place them all at once.

I hope this helps.
