How to: Creating a dynamic form for online purchasing

Good day fellow Musers,

I need your advice please.

I'm trying to replicate something similar to this link below:

It is in Turkish but basically the customer is able to make multiple choices of the type of wet wipe he needs, from size to type of paper, and then that changes the price accordingly, and then using that to proceed to purchase it online.

Would anyone know how to do this in Muse?

Or even in WordPress or any other way?
