how to deal with html object or page propertis for costum css b/c it don't work ?

i make hyperlink text and i try to make a hover effects by using css .

i changed it frome hyper link properties and page properties but it didn't work!

i did new graphic style for that element  and went to object>>insert html .

but it didn't work , so i used the page properties and writn the code in html <hea> window

but it didn't work else why?

i wanna make the navmenu  and effect it by css so how to do ?

why it don't work?

and something else is wen i make a hyperlink the muse show up a window tell me that the hyper link frame will not work in the browser like this:

The graphics style is not suitable for this. And judging by the code you write, you do not need this code at all. This is done by means of the Muse.

If you need additional design via css, use the name of this class.

You should study the peculiarities of class names css Muse. In some cases, you need to add " !Important " in your code to override it.
