How to get out of the hand mode

Hi, I don't know how I got in this mode, but despite clicking on the selection tool (arrow), I still get in the hand mode and I need to get out of it. Any ideas? Thanks.

I found a way by restarting my computer and the hand disappears. This is a bug, I don't know if macOS or Muse is the culprit but it is not an "elegant" way to remedy the problem... I don't know where to send the problem...
