Visit www.rsp.eu.com and see how they have a slideshow playing and other text boxes "fly in" or "pop up" on top of the slideshow playing? How can I do that in Muse?

thats a bootstrap carousel... to hand code it in Muse you would need to give the text box (frame, div or whatever you want to delay) a name and id.

I have seen some nice examples around but I don't know anyone making exactly that look

This would need some extra code, I guess.

Have a look at some widgets – takes some time, but this might be the only way, or you have proper coding skills.
