I am having a problem with an HTM file not loading images. The program is an applet that can be inserted into a web page, it's called 'Net Price Calculator'. I have a folder within my website folder called NetPriceCaluculator and within that folder is an HTM file and an Images folder. When I create a hyperlink to the .htm file, it loads only some of the images, with many '?' icons. If I double click the HTM file from my hard drive the app (calculator) works perfectly, In fact, it works live on the website but the non loading images make it impossible to navigate. This is a very popular HTM applet developed buy the government that is used by hundreds of colleges across the country. I don't think it';s an issue with the app. I think it's a Muse issue. I have tried everything that I know (I'm a designer, not a coder).
Here is the URL to get to the page that has the calculator link (click on calculator to see the error):
http://www.crawfordctc.org/tuition.html
I am using Muse 2017 and the site is hosted by Adobe Business Catalyst. Thanks for any help.
yes the insert html tool is correct for this type of code

Hi,
I can only have a close look into your issue and reproduce it at my end if I get the page of your applet.
Can you please share it with me via Dropbox and will look for some viable workaround on this.

Ankush

Hi,
What do you mean 'the page of your applet'? Here's the URL to the page:
http://www.crawfordctc.org/assets/npcalc3.htm
It links from this page:
http://www.crawfordctc.org/tuition.html
Click on calculator icon to load the applet.

Do you need the htm file and the images folder?

I thought you are trying to embed any real HTML page withing your Muse site.
Could you please tell me how are you embedding the applet to your site?
