Several years ago I see this bracket extension in HTML Designer for Brackets - Brackets Extensions and its functionalit is very close to Adobe Muse but there is no support on this product and it is not developed anymore. The developer of that extension is part of the Dreamweaver team I believe, and yes it was abandoned.
If you wish to go in that direction, then you would be better off looking at something like Pinegrow.
