html upload fails

I cannot get my updated web site to go live, it only stays in the preview mode when I upload via html. Had this site for years with no problems. Ideas?

You'll need to provide more information.

• Have you contacted your web host to see if something changed on their end?
• What is your site's URL?
• Can you export to HTML and connect to your host server with a 3rd party FTP client like Filezilla?

The problem may be with my host. I've had two long circular chats in which I try to explain what Muse is, and they tell me the probelm is in that path to GoDaddy. However, I don't see my web site as being hosted by them on my account page. I have two sites there, one was recently updated with no issues and does appear on the account page.

I am willing to do an FTP upload, but I'll need to get info from my host for that. I'll follow up with a phone call to them, but need to check the Muse end as well.

That site is hosted on GoDaddy servers in Scottsdale, Arizona.

GoDaddy has a history of resetting server settings and not telling their customers.  

You need the following information.

• username,
• password,
• server name or IP address,
• server's root directory.
