I can't install Add self-hosted

Hello everyone, I have this problem. muse don't let me install self-hosted fonts the software doesn't even let me use the font on my page I have tried everything convert the font to others formats. what can I do.

Which font files do you have?

How exactly do you try to install these files?

The font is Gylroy extra bold the light version is working just fine in Muse I just try to add it to trough File>add/remove web font and the font file just show up like not compatible

You did install the .ttf into your system, before installing eot, svg and woff via Muse?

yes the font is installed in my system is just muse that doesn't recognize it

Would you mind to send me the font files via private massage (click on my avatar and use the "message" button), so I can have a try. Of course I'll delete the font afterwards.
