Hi,
I am writing to ask if anyone has encountered such a problem.
I am a photographer and educator, I have sites that I have designed and updated by Muse. I need to keep them fresh but can't.
Since 6th of June, the application won't start and a pop up window warns me to renew my subscription. Which, you know, is not possible, as Adobe has announced "End of Service for Adobe Muse" and does not renew subscriptions.
What is even stranger, the application was announced to be free of charge for current subscribers.
Has anyone here paid for Muse since March 2019?
Now they suggest me to subscribe to Dreamweaver.

Did you have a monthly or annual subscription? Was it a valid, „active“ subscription?

Thanks for asking.
I had an annual subscription with monthly payments.
After checking again and insisting for an explanation (and solution)
without having to wait for another 3-4-5-god knows how many more days, a
helpful person from Adobe Helpdesk told me my subscription was cancelled
because my last transaction on April had not been successful.
Surprise, surprise! I had noticed that Muse transaction appeared as 0,00
Turkish Liras on April 2019, but I had assumed it was a way of apology
for Adobe to existing Muse customers. Just during those days it was
announced that Muse users would not be charged for the future usages.
The app kept working smoothly, there were no warnings or pop ups like
"You have 4 days left, 3 days left" etc. And so I did not suspect
anything back then.
Suddenly, last week, I tried to open a website document, and faced this
warning inviting me to "renew my subscription"!
I thought it was a simple error, still did not think it was about being
unsubscribed.
Shortly, I am told by Adobe Helpdesk, that it is impossible for me to
use Adobe Muse again because it is discontinued! The door is shut and I
am not being let in, in other words.
The only solution I am offered is, to subscribe to Dreamweaver. Pay
more, for an application I did not want. And this is hell of a
disappointment.
All this chaos of communication is Adobe's responsibility, regarding the
discontinuation of this app, disappointing us the users and leaving
existing subscribers with no choice.
I had lived through this in a similar way, in the 90's with Freehand, I
am angry at myself to have trusted Adobe again.
