I cannot locate any widget. Which one do you mean? Scrollmotion can be done easily by muse as well. Not that jumping though. Muse is under EOL since 2020 and was not developed since 2018 - so as a newbie you are totally wrong, going with muse.

Yes I know that but since I dont know HTML coding the only option I have is Adobe Muse, or let me ask you a question, do you know another option like Adobe Muse?

Learn to work with code.  It's not hard and it is essential to being a good web designer.
