I need Muse

I purchased ADOBE CC because Adobe Muse was very good but I know that Muse will close in 2020 I don't interesting other programs because I have Adobe CS.

My question is, Can I purchase only ADOBE MUSE?

No, you can‘t. Muse — the last version — is only available within a complete CC subscription.

I don't think Muse is fit for purpose anymore.   Even if you could buy it alone, I wouldn't recommend using it for new projects. 

Try other web authoring tools instead.  I think you'll be glad you did.
