I'm brand new to Adobe Muse and just beginning to learn the ropes. I'm working on a scroll-based animation to occur as a section on one page of my clients' already existing website. I understand that Muse is best used to create entire websites but i'm just wondering if it is possible to create a Muse project simply meant to export as a self-contained section of an already existing, regular HTML webpage? Thanks for any help.

In this case, the best approach would be hosting the page created in Muse to a new domain and link it to your existing site.
You do not need a new domain. You can put the Muse site in a folder. your_domain.com/folder_with_muse_page(s)

The experts here are better suited to answer this question, but I know of no way in which you can import a Muse site into existing HTML content. This is mainly because the HTML code in Muse is complicated, and not readily integrated with any other kind of HTML code.

Hey Paull,
If I understand you correctly, there is a page created in Muse which you want to link with one of your client's site which isn't made in Muse, correct?
In this case, the best approach would be hosting the page created in Muse to a new domain and link it to your existing site.
Other than that there isn't any way to achieving it.

Ankush
