InBrowserEditing not matching layout in Muse, after merging client-edited changes

The published results of a Home page (this is what was being edited by the customer), looks fine, and I am prompted to "merge changes" within Muse. But, when I merge those changes, the resulting Muse edited page does match the CONTENT, but the formatting is all messed up?

What I see in Muse AFTER the merge..

Version.

This is slowly becoming a Production Site, so I cannot run Pre-release or Beta.
