Is Adobe ever going to add functionality to Muse that will generate a
popup message upon user completion of a form? This would be customizable
message tied to the context of the form being filled out - customer
service, download a white paper, phone consultation, request an
appointment whatever the form is being filled out for.

Beside the Submit button there is the message text box that you can edit.
This is activated after the user submits the form.
Choose the Submit Success State to change the message to what every you want.
You can format this text box to any size colour etc. You can also move it to another location.
