Hi Gyus,

I have a issue with my site http://design-werk.org.

Instead the tablet version the browser is redirecting to the phone Layout.

My tablet is a apple ipad 5th genereation with 2048 × 1536 Pixel resolution.

Does anyone know how I can fix this problem?

Tanks a lot!!

Obviously it has to do with resolution (physical and screen - Guenter is much better with this) but anyway you might be better with a responsive site instead of an adaptive site. You can control breakpoints for devices much better.

To do so, stay with "fixed width breakpoints" and copy and paste all the stuff from your tablet and phone version as desired to the one responsive design, using the same "breakpoint values" as your adaptive site is designed.

Kind Regards,

Uwe

The best advice I can offer you is to rebuild your site responsively with different software.

Muse has no future.  Adobe ended it for a reason.

  • For personal projects, look at Adobe Portfolio
  • For a 1 page story telling or announcements, try Adobe Spark.
  • For full scale website development and code editing, look at Dreamweaver.
